What we collect

• From the organizer: name, e-mail, mobile number, company name, and payment records.
• From guests: a nickname, and the device identity needed to give one place per device. A mobile number only if the organizer asks for it.

What we do not do

• We never e-mail guests.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not show guests' real names to other guests.

How long we keep it

• Guests' personal details are deleted within 24 hours after the game ends.
• Winners and prize records are kept for up to 365 days.
• Payments, invoices and the organizer's invoice details are kept as the law requires.

Payments

Payments are taken by Razorpay on the website of IT Services by Rajat Agarwal. We never see or store card details.

Your rights

Ask us to show, correct or delete your data. Write to rajatsiroffice@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. The same address is our grievance contact.

Cookies

We use only what the game needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
