Corporate Games is a family of five separate software products supplied by IT SERVICES BY RAJAT AGARWAL, the trade name of Rajat Agarwal, an individual running a sole proprietorship in India, B-1105, Shipra Krishna Vista, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201014, India. This website lists the games. Each game has its own website with its own Terms and Conditions, Legal Position Statement and Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy. The terms of the game you use apply to that game.

Terms of each game

Common to every game

• We are a software company. We do not deliver physical products or services. Everything is a digital service or product delivered over the internet (Shipping and Delivery Policy).
• The software, source code, game engines, designs and concepts of every game are owned by Rajat Agarwal alone and are licensed, not sold, to organizers.
• Players pay us nothing. We do not collect or pay any money or prize. Any prize is provided and handed over by the organizer.
• The organizer pays per game. There is no refund after payment, and the game can be rescheduled to any date within 365 days from the date of payment.
• Each game is a closed-group game, run by an organizer for the persons the organizer invites. We do not verify mobile numbers.
• Personal data of players is erased within 24 hours after the game ends, with the limited exceptions in each game's Terms.
