Sub-processors
Last updated 14 October 2026. These are the providers that handle personal data for Corporate Games on our behalf, and what each one does.
| Provider | What it does for us | What it handles | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the websites and the game databases | Everything the games keep while a game runs, and the organizer's details | A global network |
| Resend | Sends our e-mails (links, invoices, reports, sign-in codes) | The recipient's e-mail address and the message | United States |
| Razorpay | Takes online payments | The payer's name, e-mail, mobile number and payment details | India |
| The central payment service of IT Services by Rajat Agarwal | Records every payment in one ledger, so each rupee is traced | The payer's e-mail, mobile number and payment references | Cloudflare, as above |
| GitHub (private repository) | Keeps a nightly copy of the payment ledger and runs our timers | Amounts, dates and reference numbers only: no payer name, e-mail or mobile number | United States |
If we add a provider that handles personal data, or change what one does, we update this page and show the new date at the top. Read the Privacy page for your rights and how to use them.
